HSC 7 may be installed to Windows 7 using normal installation procedure,
however, you must run Setup.exe of HSC 7 using Windows 7 Explorer
"Run as Administrator" option, see enclosed image.
Ie. running Windows 7 as administrator is not enough.
If you just double click the HSC Setup.exe then you may get "Error 1721"
at the end of the installation procedure.
