Instal problem on Windows 07

I am trying to instal lHSC 6.1 on my new laptop which has Windows 2007. The program is currently installed on one PC and my old laptop which runs Windows XP. I get the message that access is denied. Is this because it is not compatible with Windows 07?

I ran HSC 6.1 on a Win 7 machine, so it's not a general incompatibility problem. It sounds like it might be a privilege problem ("administrator" type user versus "normal" user).
